Fotis is a great host, we were very warmly welcomed! Fotis is a discreet but very considerate host, he spoiled us with delicious tomatoes from the garden, figs, cactus fruits 🌵 etc... We felt at home in Fotis's beautiful place, very comfortable, clean, with a garden and a beautiful pool! Thank you for the valuable advice, the smiles, the touches! We were delighted with our stay! A place we recommend , especially family with children! Thank you Fotis ❤️

We spend an excellent week at Villa Kitrini. Heidi and Patrick the owners are very nice hosts and the communication was very smooth. The villa offers all the equipement necessary and has a splendid view on the olive trees and the sea. The pool was also very much appreciated. For us, Villa Kitrini was a very good base to discover all the beautiful places and activities the region has to offer.

It’s a perfect spot for families With small Kids, safe and quiet- Diana is a great host, very generous and very responsive. Loved the location- in the Middle of an Old olive grove with a small pool and showers- perfect for a hot Weather! Would highly recommend this place!

The house is exactly as described and really is on an olive farm. The location is idyllic amongst the olive trees. Charles provided excellent instructions so could find the house, you can't go wrong if you follow them. We read some guests were concerned about the road up to the house, it is unpaved in part but not too steep. Our hired automatic Corsa had no trouble. We were left a very good selection of initial supplies, milk, bread milk etc and the house is well stocked with essentials. The local beach is gigantic, magnificent and was sometimes rough during our October stay. Maybe not so good for young children. We visited famous sites such as Olympia (of course, it was great) and found some less visited places hiking in the mountains. Neda waterfall gorge was very good. A great stay, much to see, very comfortable house and aimiable host (learned a a bit about Olive farming, it's hard work). Not many negatives, local towns are a bit anonymous and the local dogs enjoy a good bark.

Mary was a wonderful host and we really appreciated her help and advise to make sure our family was in just the right place for our stay in Kyparissia ! We had a WONDERFUL time and LOVED the place and location dearly.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and loved exploring Kyparissia and the surrounding areas. The house was very tranquil and restful whilst also being perfect to spend time with family and friends. We loved how the house had been renovated in such a personal and interesting and clever way. We hope to be back!!

There are no comments when assessing the apartment. It is large and comfortable. The area allows for a peaceful rest. If you come by car, you will easily find a place to park. The most important thing: the sea. It is clean, warm and calm. You can swim in it if you go 100 meters from the shore then it gets deep. But that is not the problem. The sea currents sometimes push jellyfish into this bay, which you have to be very careful about. They are very large, very dangerous and there are a lot of them. If the weather is kind, they disappear from one day to the next and the sea is clean. If not, you have to drive to another beach 10-20 minutes away.
