For sports enthusiasts, there are many attractive opportunities throughout the area, such as hiking in the Surselva, cycling on marked bike routes, biking, golf, skiing, cross-country skiing and much more. The post office is right in front of the house. Laax, Flims, Obersaxen, Disentis, Brigels, Vals are easily accessible by public transport.

Mountain biking lovers are also provided, many great trails are waiting for you. In winter, beautiful ski slopes in the Obersaxen/Mundaun area are waiting for you and also a cross-country trail is right in the village.

The balcony connects the two upper penthouses and is separated by a partition wall. Relax on the balcony overlooking the Piz Mundaun.
