We stayed during the holidays and brought our pups. Debra's place is pet friendly to the extreme!!! There was a kennel we could use, a water bowl and drip try, canister of treats, an extra least, and a pooper scooper! It was great to be able to travel with the pups and the place worked out great for us. Debra was very responsive when we needed to find some salt due to the icy steps and had some on hand - pet safe nonetheless!

The Lake Cottage was exactly as pictured - clean, nostaglic, modernized amentities and loads of vintage charge. We booked last minute for a New Years Eve hurrah with my husband and two children (ages 3 & 8), and my only regret is not staying longer. We snowboarded, ice-fished, played board games, did puzzles... and simply enjoyed our time together. It was restorative and the cottage is conducive to slowing down and savoring each moment. The property (albiet Winter) was spacious and felt private, tucked down the long(er) drive with a single neighbor in sight. Elizabeth, the host, was incredibly responsive and helpful. 10/10, will probably book again!

This is a beautiful home and we really enjoyed our stay. Lots of space, private and a great spot on the water. The deer visited regularly and a bald eagle landed in a tree in the backyard.

The home was absolutely adorable! The back deck was really nice for morning coffee. Monica and her husband were really flexible with an early check-in for my family and also very proactive about a furnace issue they told us about before check-in. Overall great experience!

the only thing that i didnt like was no TV's in the bedrooms:) Other then that place was beautiful an the neighborhood was so peaceful!!! plenty of room in this place an was very comfortable!!

We visited in March with true spring weather- sunny and cool one day and snow storm the next. This time of year not all restaurants/businesses open. The house was a bit cool, but we had brought layers. Will absolutely look to return in the future.

This is the second time I have rented Alisa's place for a hockey tournament, and if I could give it 6 stars for what our family needed, I would do so!. My number one requirement on renting an Airbnb is cleanliness, and this home is spot on, it's exactly how I keep my home right down to the super cute decorations. If you are traveling with kids and pets, and need some space then this one is for you! This home has everything from toys, games, to a whole cupboard dedicated to pets. You can just tell a lot of pride of ownership went into this 100-year-old home and we will be back!
