The modern cabin from 2022 is located in the beach zone at Herlandsneset at the end of Atløy in Askvoll Municipality in Sogn og Fjordane. The plot is sunny with panoramic sea views that can be enjoyed from the cabin's hot tub. There is a fabulous view from the cabin towards the island of Kinn in the northwest, a special brand and knowledge known as a sailing brand along the coast. To the south is the well-known viewpoint Brurastakken and the popular hiking island Alden also called Norske Hesten. With the cabin's motorboat you can go there and to Værlandet and Bulandet.

Here you plunge straight out to sea or go in the boat to go fishing for dinner or catch crabs. The island is the largest in the Florø archipelago and has many hiking opportunities. At ut@no we find 25 trip suggestions on the island. To get here, you have to follow regular boat. One can park a car in Florø or bring a car all the way to the front, but there is limited car space on the ferry so it must be booked for a car in advance. Approximately 5 daily departures from Florø. 2 kayaks, SUP, canoe are free. Boat rana 480 with 25hp. (500nok per day + gas)

On this former small farm you can enjoy the silence with wild sheep and deer close to the cottage. The new cottage is located a few minutes from the majestic sea cliff Hornelen. The area offers very good fishing opportunities and hiking in the woods and mountains. (There is a folder in house with information, description and maps of the different hikes, trips and activities).

Nearest supermarked is in Naustdal, 12 km from the cabin, and local cafe/shop is 10 min away. Free WiFi in the cabin. Motorboat for rent (summer season). Self service farm shop with fresh eggs!

A beautiful cabin on a small island on the west coast of Norway. The cabin has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The cabin is situated right by the ocean where you can go swiming or fishing. There are also many mountains if you want to go hiking. The pats starts right behind the cabin. The cabin has toys and everything a family with kids and babies need. Be aware that the cabin has two floors with a stair between. Two of the bedrooms are situated on the second floor.
