Welcome to our family-run holiday home, Luxury Chalet Lore, in the officially recognized resort of Fuchsmühl in the Fichtel Mountains (Bavaria). Leave your everyday life behind and enjoy the pleasant tranquility, the scent of wood, the soft light, and the crackling fireplace. Mamut is a warm friendly country home with generous common spaces and unique bedrooms. It is designed to enjoy time together, relax in front of the fireplace or hang out in the surrounding garden. Guests especially appreciate the huge table, kids-friendly environment and the BBQ shed.

The property is in the middle of the old town of Weiden. From here you can visit the weekly market and historical buildings such as the old town hall or the parish church of St. Michael. You will also find numerous restaurants and cafes, many retail stores and the NOC city shopping mall. The surroundings of Weiden offer many opportunities for outdoor activities such as hiking or cycling in the Upper Palatinate Forest.

Enjoy the wonderfully idyllic area as a starting point for excursions to Neualbenreuth, Pilsen, Mariánské Lázně, Karlovy Vary, Eger, Waldsassen and many other attractive destinations in the area.
