Welcome in HAUS SWANHILD! Opened in March 2023, the scandinavian style low-energy house is situated next to its "sister house", HAUS THEDA, in a garden district nearby the lake of Fockbek. Its barrier-free and light-flooded interieur is defined by a nice, open gallery space and a kombined kitchen dining and living room. Two sleeping rooms next to each other offer tranquility and rest for four and the gallery offers a cozy french size bed. The veranda invites for sun bathing or coffee time.

Cozy pointed roof house in the countryside

In our cozy cottage with a view of the countryside, you can relax wonderfully. The small but fine wooden house impresses with the bamboo parquet floor and the spacious terrace. Attention restriction: The D1 mobile network is almost unavailable with us. In addition to a filter coffee maker, there is also a Senseo coffee pod machine in the kitchen. An 11KW wallbox for charging your electric car is available on the premises (the electricity is billed to us)

Me-laxing in a quiet central environment

The apartment is on the second floor (stairs), in a quiet village location, just a 10-minute drive from Rendsburg and the Kiel Canal. In Fockbek you will find restaurants, banks, discounters, doctors, pharmacies, gas stations. For vacation, temporary living space, rent - bridging, seminars in small groups (6 people)… Cyclists are welcome. The outdoor area in the garden can be used by arrangement. Located at the narrowest point in Germany, this gem, an 180-year-old, thatched-roof Geestlanghaus, is in a quiet, secluded location with free parking, 10 minutes from the A7. Young couples with toddlers, solo travelers, tourists on their way to the north or south, painters seeking seclusion, pianists (grand piano available!), writers and other creatives, bird lovers and lovers of the seas are welcome in our small gallery!

Green oasis at the Grönsfurth

Experience special moments in this special and family-friendly space. Up to five lovely people can sleep here. The open ground floor has a double bunk bed (160 * 200 cm). Upstairs there is a single bed (90 * 200 cm) as well as a bunk bed (2 x 90 * 200 cm). The open kitchen merges seamlessly into the cozy living area with fireplace. Here, a small workspace with fixed internet connection is also integrated via LAN cable.

Vacation between the seas

Take a vacation in beautiful Schleswig-Holstein between the North Sea and the Baltic Sea in Nübbel. Nübbel is right on the Eider. The Kiel Canal is about 2 km away from us and invites you to cycling. 2 rental bikes are available available for a fee. The apartment has a sleeping and living area with a small dining area, a small pantry kitchen and a bathroom. On the terrace, the evening can end quietly.

Nice apartment in a quiet location

Ideal starting point for hikes and bike tours near Schleswig! Located between Schlei and Hüttener Bergen - each only about 5 km away. The Selker Noor with its own swimming area is only 3.4 km away, and the Viking village of Haitabu, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is also very close, as are Gottorf Castle, Schleswig Cathedral and the harbor. It is also only 20 km to Eckernförde Bay!

In our lovingly and romantically designed thatched rooftop caterpillar, directly on the North Baltic Canal, there is a 100 sqm holiday apartment with 3 rooms for max 6 guests. The apartment is on the 1st floor with separate entrance and has 1 living room (with a sofa bed for 2 people), 2 bedrooms, a travel bed for toddlers, kitchen, shower room and car parking.

The apartment, about 40 square meters, is located on the second floor in an old townhouse from 1905 in which we have also lived on the first floor for 20 years. Our renovation motto was: Reuse instead of throwing away. Not only we, but also chickens, cats and dogs are at home on our colorful and wild property.
