Here you enter the calm directly surrounded by the turn-of-the-century charm, linseed oil painted beadboard, well-equipped kitchen with large gas stove for those interested in cooking as well as amenities such as a dishwasher and water from a newly drilled well. Enjoy sitting in front of a crackling fire after a walk in the mushroom forest or cooling AC in the summer. The house was completely renovated in 2020. No shower and toilet inside but has a newly built outdoor shower and fresh outdoor toilet.

Peacefully located house next to beautiful lake. 50 minutes to Stockholm and Arlanda. To Norrtälje City, it is only 7 minutes. The house is next to our villa but is still private. There is a private dock with a rowing boat you can borrow. Three bedrooms, spacious living room and kitchen as well as shower and toilet. Nice view of the water. Private terrace. Nice walking paths and Roslagsleden goes through the village. When you check out, you are responsible for the condition and cleaning being the same as upon arrival. Bring your own bedclothes.

Cozy house from the early 1900s in Herräng. Only a few minutes to the sea and swimming on rocks or beach. Average standard and everything you need is available. To Herräng it is 6 km and to Hallstavik where there are more shops, pharmacies, liquor stores, etc. it is 16 km. The house is in an area between nature reserves so there are incredible nature experiences for those who want them. We have a barbecue area by the sea that you can use. If you want to fish, that's fine. There are some indoor and outdoor games as well as a trampoline.

Here you wake up to a beautiful sunrise over the sea, you put on your robe, go down to the rocks and take a lovely morning swim from the jetty. Koppla av med hela familjen i detta fridfulla boende. Mitt i naturen med vackra vyer åt alla håll, njuter man av skärgården året om. Huset har ett väl utrustat kök, kamin att elda i, ett nybyggt gästhus samt en stor fin vedeldad bastu. Alla material är genomgående exklusiva och huset är byggt 2023 via husleverantören ”Sommarnöje”. Båda husen har en vacker altan runt om, vilket gör att man alltid kan njuta av solen på flera platser. En stig leder ner till en brygga och bjuder in till bad.

Beautiful cottage with an incredibly nice location by the sea. Private beach and good opportunities for fishing. Proximity to golf course and beautiful surroundings around the Uppland coast. Located as described on the map, the last bit is a small gravel road and the recommendation is to drive slowly as it is a bit bumpy etc.
