Hugely charming wooden house located on 5000 m2 of undisturbed surroundings overlooking a scenic and protected area with heathland. Occasionally, a deer or two will stop by. The house is located on the eastern part of the island in the Kromose area. A quiet beach facing the Wadden Sea to the east, which is part of UNESCO's natural heritage, is only 500 meters walking distance on a path. Enjoy your morning coffee and tranquility on one of the lovely terraces or on the covered terrace. There is a great opportunity to see the northern lights in the winter months.

Our modern, very bright, approx. 70 m² ground floor apartment with a detached house character offers you an approx. 40 m² living/dining area with an open kitchen, dining area and fireplace, an office, a shower room with a walk-in shower, a separate bedroom, a large, covered terrace with a sauna and a sunken garden. The beach, city center and train station are within walking distance in approx. 10-15 minutes. The nearest supermarket is about 250 meters away. Dogs are very welcome here!

Delightful cottage on scenic Bolilmark

What we most often hear about our cottage is that it has a nice atmosphere, that you feel welcome and at home and that it is cozy. We strive to make the cottage personal but also functional, which is why the decor is a good mix of new and old. We bought the cottage in 2018, renovating it a little along the way and as time allows. What we want is for the cottage to look cozy and personal. Our wish is that the house can be the framework for creating good memories.

Rauszeit SPO - Vintage charm behind the dike

"Treat yourself to some time out!" – it wasn't hard for me as a city dweller to get into this mindset. You can hardly imagine a more striking contrast to the hustle and bustle of the big city. The "Rauszeit" is a quiet terraced house located in the district of Böhl near the lighthouse. Prices include a laundry package and the guest card for SPO. Arriving by car is recommended. Whether you're in the armchair or on the sofa, with a good book or to see a movie, the evening hours can be spent in the cozy living room ( CD/DVD player). The kitchen is well equipped (incl. Dishwasher) and after eventful days with plenty of fresh North Sea air, you will find comfortable beds in the bedrooms to sleep in peace. Behind the house there is a garden with seating areas, beach chair, barbecue and sun loungers.
