Røsnæs is something very special, and besides a sea view, you can hear the sound of the sea. It only takes a few minutes to walk to the beach, where there is a private bathing jetty. The kitchen has all the facilities, with a barbecue outdoors, and in the summer there are plenty of berries in the garden as well as horseradish, which you can eat. At the end of the road (the dam) you come to the nature area, where you can walk the Røsnæs round route.

The house has air conditioning and a wood-burning stove. Annex contains room with double bed. House and annex are connected by wooden terrace and there is outdoor shower with hot water. Bedroom in the house as well as loft and alcove.

Peaceful with good fishing opportunities, beach and rich wildlife right outside. The cottage is 85 m² and has 2 terraces. It is smoke-free, pet-free and cleaned with allergy- and environmentally friendly, fragrance-free products. The house is decorated in modern beach house style – ”simple living” with a great amount of charm and a personal touch! The House is located on a 3.600 square meters plot, where the 2.000 square meters are beach and sea. The beach is private (though the public has access). But since it is private and there is no big parking lot you'll mostly have the beach to yourself!

Fjordgarden - Guesthouse

Our guest house is situated only 100m from Holbæk Fjord by a little lake surrounded by trees. When you live in the house you are close to nature, with easy access to the Fjord. The fjord is often used for water sports. Bicycle- and walking routes makes it easy to take tours, and with a short distance to the center of Holbæk (5 km) you can easily experience the town. Because of the lake, just in front of the guesthouse, it is not suitable for smaller children.

Take a break and relax in this peaceful oasis. Close to beach and water. Lovely house with charm. Wilderness bath and outdoor shower and lovely outdoor areas There are 2 rooms with a double bed that can be used. Wilderness bath - takes time to fill and heat. Therefore, it requires at least 2 nights. There will be extra costs for water etc. when using this. You must bring your own firewood. If this is difficult, write and ask if I can help.
