In the medieval frame of Massa Marittima attic recently renovated with terrace with beautiful sea view of Follonica and islands of the Tuscan archipelago. Our apartment is located at the entrance of the village near the historical center. Recently renovated with great care, the studio is about 40 square meters. It is equipped with air conditioning, kitchen with refrigerator, oven, flat screen TV, parquet. There is a comfortable bed ,a large walk-in closet and breakfast is included.

The house in the Castle and the secret garden

Our beloved garden house is situated in the heart of Suvereto just a 5 minute walk from the main car park, free of charge. It consists of 1 private entrance, living room with sofa bed and TV (with Netflix) and access to the main bathroom with a large shower, 1 romantic double room with private bathroom, 1 smaller room with bunk bed - ideal for children. A terracotta staircase connects the living room with the kitchen and with the garden with veranda and outdoor shower.

At 50m the course offers a wide selection of typical restaurants and places to spend the after-dinner. A few minutes from the train station and the supermarket.Theapartment is located in the ztl, but there are free parking at 150m and we also offer the free possibility of a permit for access and parking in ztl for the time of stay.
