Monthly Rentals in Fonissa

We were warmly welcomed by Mina - Christos' mother. We felt right at home. The garden is very well maintained and fenced - so perfect for children to play and run. We had an apartment in the Upper floor and thus also great views. Everything was very clean and in very good condition. For the fair price, everything you need to cook was available. In case of missing utensils, Mina would certainly help. There is also a washing machine for shared use and Mina even washed our laundry! It is about a 15-minute walk to the beautiful quiet beach with a beach bar/shower/toilet/a few loungers and umbrellas. But there is also plenty of parking space there. Taverns are also there - but were now closed in April/May. Due to the warm nature of Mina and the wonderful surroundings, we would always come back!

We were received in a very friendly manner and already had food and drink in the fridge, so we didn't have to worry about food for breakfast the next morning. The apartment is very clean and is quietly located. Everything you need is there. There were two of us, but the apartment can easily be used by 4 people. It takes about 10 minutes by car to get to the sea, and it takes about 1:15 minutes to walk. However, we did not walk back. The contact was friendly and hassle-free. In between, bed linens and towels would be picked up and washed. There were figs and eggs again, which we were very happy about. A clear recommendation for staying in the area!

Nice studio, in a tiny Greek village. The Elaia beach is beautifully and is around 3.5 km away (10 minutes drive). The garden is nice with an excellent view. Thanassis and Eleni are very polite, informative and discreet. Also, the property is really pet friendly. The kitchen is small but well-equipped. Although it was clearly stated that there was no air-condition, I think this can be an improvement for the future. Overall, a very good and enjoyable stay.

The directions to access the home (map stigma and information about the exact location of the keys) need enrichment. The home was super clean, comfortable, and fully functional - especially the kitchen and bathroom. The surrounding area was beautiful, with olive trees, citrus trees and other fruit trees, as well as many ornamental plants. In general, it was quiet, but when there was traffic, the cars were quite loud. The beds were very comfortable, just need some attention before you lie down as you can hit their head on the low part of the roof. There is a BBQ available in the garden, which for children and dogs play is ideal. Overall our experience was very good and we will definitely prefer this home if we visit the area again.
