Goncourt42 is a secret apartment in the heart of the passage where Marc Bernard, 1942 Goncourt Prize winner, lived. The apartment revolves around a terrace that opens onto a wooded courtyard, lulled by the bells of St-Castor and the murmur of conversations from a small restaurant. We decorated it in the image of our passions. The bathroom and the state-of-the-art kitchen are combined with antique objects. Charming little village house in a completely quiet cul-de-sac with a small cozy interior garden. Equipped kitchen, living/dining room, outdoor garden and a barbecue for grilling. 2 bedrooms, one with a mezzanine and a relaxation area, a shower room and a toilet.
