A relaxing cottage in the countryside

An ideal cottage to spend some time in the countryside, in a village surrounded by forest. A unique living room with a stove for the winter, and in the summer, wake up to the song of birds or roosters (several in the village). Find yourself away from the noise of the city and surrounded by historic places for beautiful walks. Interior lighting by solar and wind energy. Electric car charging station. Between Montereau Fault Yonne, Provins and Nangis. Nangis train station is within a 15-minute drive.

Townhouse in the centre of a small village, opposite the church Refurbished with a functional fireplace, two bedrooms, and a fitted kitchen. (The windows will be changed at the end of September due to a delay in delivery) Sofa bed. Rooms and bathrooms are upstairs. Near Nangis 10 minutes away (sugar factory, Total refinery), Montereau(15 minutes), Provins (20 minutes) and Melun (20 minutes), Fontainebleau (30 minutes). Transilien line P to Nangis 10 minutes away. Highway A5 exit Forges 10 min.

Riverside Priory, 2-Bedroom House

Nestled by the river Seine, in an artist village in the region of Champagne, this former priory is located only 100km from Paris (55mn direct train between the neighboring Nogent s/Sein and Gare de l'Est). This is an authentic and ressourcing place, newly renovated, loaded with 400 years of history. We have decorated the house with love and care, the equipment is very generous. Bikes of diverse sizes (for adults and children), kayaks, SUPs and other inside and outside equipments are available.

Peaceful oasis on a 4-hectare property with garden, woods and river. We live there in another house, we would be happy to host you. Electric heating/wood stove for those who want it. Not recommended for children under 10 years of age for safety reasons (river).
