The cosy holiday flat, only a few meters away from the Förchensee, belongs to the Seehaus am Förchensee near Ruhpolding, a well-known winter sports area in the Chiemgau Alps. It is therefore ideal for relaxing hiking or skiing holidays in the middle of a fantastic mountain scenery. The 90 m² apartment in traditional country house style consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms as well as 2 bathrooms and an additional toilet.

The apartment has recently been completely renovated, has a state-of-the-art interior and consists of an open space of 65 M2, which creates a very open and free feeling. The apartment has a terrace from which you can enjoy a magnificent view of the mountains. In addition, the yoga room, sauna (€20 fee), spring water pool, home theater, and large terrace with grill and fire pit can be shared. Snowshoes are also available.
