Private driveway, entrance, and key code access. The kitchen features a toaster oven, hotplate, and Keurig along with all of the necessary cookware. 2 BR, 1 BA - 2 queen beds and 1 set of bunk beds. NOTE: Our family (including small children) live above the apt, but we strive to offer a peaceful stay.

NO SMOKING!!$100 CLEANING FEE The cottage is on the left side of the Manor House. ***We gladly accept pets. We request a FEE OF $10/ NIGHT FOR EACH PET. Airbnb does have a place for adding this nominal fee. Just leave it on the TV Desk. Please put your pet in a crate when leaving the cottage. No pets on the furniture.

Wineries, orchards, and hiking nearby. Friendly dogs may occasionally visit from my mother’s house next door. (Look for Wind Tides Farm sign). ***If booking in winter months, keep in mind the wind tends to be heavy, depending on weather.***

Full bathroom with walk-in shower, full sized stove, and refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, Grill, WIFI and television! Outside you can enjoy a covered deck or sit around the fire pit.

Close to shopping, grocery stores, restaurants, CVS, Walgreens & gas stations. Only can accommodate up to 2 dogs weighing up to 50 pounds each. Must pick up/clean up dog’s poop.
