Very central, quiet location in Untersiemau, exactly between the basket maker town of Lichtenfels, the fortress town of Coburg and the world heritage city of Bamberg!

The bright and well-maintained 45 sqm non-smoking apartment for 2 people is located on the ground floor of our house. Our large, certified natural garden invites you to relax. The edge of the forest and the starting point of "Hikeable Germany" are only a few minutes' walk away, and the adventure playground for the little ones is only 100 m away.

Open-plan apartment. On the ground floor of the apartment: kitchen, bathroom, separate toilet as well as dining and living room. The upper floor of the apartment is a converted attic, where a total of up to 6 people can sleep. A mattress lying on the floor (1.40 m wide) and 4 single beds in an open space! (Access to the mattress is narrow and deep!!) Since the apartment is located 2 floors above a restaurant, it may be that music occasionally enters the apartment. This is usually only on weekends.

A snoring room, also often used as a teen room, can be set up on request. The room has a single bed.

Use it for eating, playing, getting together & enjoy nature and the loving details that make this place special. Opposite is a butcher shop. Also within minutes walking distance are a supermarket, a small organic shop and a fast food pizza restaurant.
