High location with a nice view of the Ångermanälven river. Located between Kramfors and Sollefteå. You have the whole house and the plot to yourself. There is a heated hot tub on the terrace that is open year-round. This is included in the rent so there is no extra cost for it. From the property, there is a private path to the Väja swimming area, which takes about 5–10 minutes to walk. Bedlinen and towels are included. Coffee capsules for the coffee machine are included. These run every 20 minutes and it takes about 15 minutes to Sundsvall city center and stops outside Mitt University on the way. The cabin is a fully-equipped and comfortable idyll all year round. Private, quiet and very peaceful location close to the lake. Enjoy the garden with its unique waterfall and the wood-fired sauna. Walk to the village swimming area with additional sauna, and the cottage's boat/canoe/kayak. There are fishing waters, berry and mushroom picking areas, walking paths and snow in winter. On the farm, there are sheep and you are warmly welcome to bring your pet. My ambition is for you to have a really good time with me at hand without me disturbing you.

Skuleberget/Via Ferrata is 30 min away. The cabin has an electric stove, outdoor grills and a trampoline for kids. The bathroom building features stunning bay-view too.

Everything from a river trip with Ådalen 3, a dinner at High Coast Whisky, swimming out in Hörsång, playing golf in Norrfällsviken or maybe climbing or hiking in Skuleskogen.

Start each morning with a hike on the High Coast trail and finish off with a BBQ and a dip in the sea at the private rocky beach or at the sandy beach (5 min walk).
