High location with a nice view of the Ångermanälven river. Located between Kramfors and Sollefteå. You have the whole house and the plot to yourself. There is a heated hot tub on the terrace that is open year-round. This is included in the rent so there is no extra cost for it. From the property, there is a private path to the Väja swimming area, which takes about 5–10 minutes to walk. Bedlinen and towels are included. Coffee capsules for the coffee machine are included. These run every 20 minutes and it takes about 15 minutes to Sundsvall city center and stops outside Mitt University on the way. Enjoy lake views from the balcony and terrace, cozy fireplace in the kitchen and fireplace in the living room. Two bathrooms, one with bathtub and shower. Wood-fired sauna by the lake with jetty and boat to borrow. In winter, starry skies and the northern lights light up the evenings. Welcome to this newly built house in beautiful Fällsvikshamn. The house was completed in the autumn of 2020, sea view and is close to the water. Fällsvikshamn is an older fishing village with old boathouses. You will live close to Rotsidan, bath from rocks or beach, hiking trails, excursion places, sea fishing and incredible natur. Underfloor heating in the hole house , and AC for sunny days. Wi-Fi, TV and normal housing standard. June-August only booking Sunday-Sunday.

Höga Kusten - Cottage with stunning lake view!

Relax in this unique and quiet accommodation. With lake views and your own sandy beach, you can enjoy lovely summer evenings, barbecues and fishing. The cabin is located on a private plot at the end of a headland. Dogs are allowed to be brought along on two criteria. 1. They must be kept on a leash outdoors. Loose dogs are not allowed, but a longer leash is fine. 2. Cleaning needs to be done extra carefully considering dog hair etc. indoors.

There is also a washing machine in the cottage. This is a perfect place to relax and enjoy the rich nature that the island gives. Explore it by foot or bikes.

Proximity to Högakustenleden/Skuleberget, sea and lake swimming, Höga Kusten boats to Ulvön/Trysunda, Kustladan and Fäberget, etc. • E4/Bicycle and walking path runs just below the cottage, which stretches all the way to Skuleberget. • 5 km to bus station and grocery store (Coop) in Ullånger. • Close to sea fishing.
