Waterfront vacation rentals in Fort-de-France

The apartment was well decorated and clean with lots of amenities. Our phones did not work so we had a small issue locating the place but once we were able to call the host our taxi was able to find it. The host communicated very well during our stay and accommodated us for extra hours after check out for a small fee which we were grateful for. The apartment does not have the full view of the city but we did enjoyed the outside patio and the views we could see. It was very quiet and cool and good for relaxation.

The place is just amazing. More spacious than it appears in the photos and with AMAZING amenities. There is absolutely everything so well that it feels "at home" (household products, electro equipment and even salt and pepper!). The residence is really secure with parking, perfectly quiet and a quite unique view (especially when you are on the rooftop pool). In addition, the rental is almost in the center of the island so ideally located for as many activities as possible. On the other hand, Johan and Candy are extremely attentive to the well-being of the occupants and are fully available to improve the comfort in the accommodation as well as during the stay. I've done a lot of rentals and this one is by far my best experience. Recommended without hesitation!

Very good welcome from Pascal. This studio is perfect. The fact that it is at the foot of the beach,makes this place magical,the soft noise of the waves and small birds is soothing. It's a peaceful and beautiful place. I recommend it 100%

Very nice apartment, faithful to the photos and even more. Beautiful terrace and beautiful sea view. Well decorated and clean apartment. Bed and bedding great. Rarely seen apartment so well equipped. Ideal for visiting the north of Martinique. The only downside is that the building and its surroundings are outdated. Note, however, that hallways and pool enclosure are always very clean. All in all, we loved it and we would definitely recommend it.

Christine was very welcoming, responsive, available and very helpful… She asked several times if I was missing anything and offered me places to visit. The instructions for accessing the listing were clear and she was waiting for me at the agreed time. The listing itself was as advertised with a nice surprise in terms of ventilation and brightness. I had a great time at the Laurrain at Karine's. The accommodation was clean, functional, thank you to Karine for hosting us.

We enjoyed our stay at the preacher in Elise's house. The preacher is a quiet and authentic place where there is not a crowd of tourists. We were all alone on the beach in front of the house. And we loved the hikes in anse snake next door, the Saint Pierre market, the great river beach or the ascent of the peeled mountain. Elise's house was perfectly arranged and had all the modern comforts (our teenagers enjoyed the wifi and netflix!). And Elise is a rare considerate host.

What a heavenly place, a breathtaking sea view in a peaceful place with charming decor. This dwelling has all the assets and in particular that of being quiet while being 2 minutes from the city center and 5 minutes from a road of the island. The hosts are very welcoming and available. All amenities will make your stay easier (washing machine, dishwasher, hairdryer, diving masks, closed parking, freezer, barbecue...). I envy those who will enjoy the view from the room or pool in the early morning... guaranteed effect!

Thanks to Orelie and Mimi for their welcome. Orelie is very responsive and always responds to our calls. Very considerate mimi lent us a waterproof backpack that made our farms easier. The clean and quiet accommodation offers a beautiful view of the bay and the beds equipped with screens guarantee peaceful nights.

We stayed for 5 days in Stéphanie's villa. Everything about it is excellent 👍 The location is ideal offering a great view. We also enjoyed the calm, the cleanliness of the villa, the pool, the excellent equipment, the proximity to shops, the friendliness of the owners. The villa is modern and tastefully decorated. Don't hesitate to go there!

Wonderful apartment. Well located in front of the beach with restaurants and market nearby.

The studio looks like the photos but is better because it comes with full access to the adjacent hotel (2 pools and private beach) and is walking distance to 3 great beaches, restaurants and ships. Stéphane was an absolutely wonderful host, even picking us up at the airport when public transport was not an option due to a boat strike/minimal bus options.
