Everything is steps away! You can see the beach entrance from the driveway! No shared spaces! Walk to Jetty park, Jaycee park (w/playground), Ft Pierce Inlet (load your boat) or several amazing restaurants/tiki bars (like Square Grouper). After a day on the water head to the Beach House to jump in the pool or play with some yard games. Take a stroll or GOLF CART RIDE to the restaurant/tiki bar to have a sunset dinner! Lastly enjoy the fire pit around the pool under the Edison lights & stars!

This property has undergone a full renovation in 2024 w/ new kitchen ,bath and appliances along with new furniture.. Note: This is not a party house or neighborhood and we live next door so please respect the neighbors.

This gorgeous Vero Beach 3 bedroom, 4 bathroom (2 full & 2 half) beachside pool home (sleeps 8) is located on a peaceful block with few homes, making it a super secluded neighborhood. Balcony off of master bedroom overlooks private pool & backyard. So relaxing! Sun room, pool table, foosball. Light, bright & clean! 2 MINUTE walk to private deeded beach access. Cross the sand dune and smell the sea. It is not uncommon to have the entire beach to yourself!

Wide River View House in Nettles Island. Charming old Florida area. Incredible view of the River facing South. In the Community common areas, there are hot tubs, heated pools, miniature golf, basketball, tennis, pickle ball, shuffleboard, private beach access. Exercise room. You can fish off the dock. I catch many types of fish here. After you contact me, and book, I will meet you to hand you the keys and get you through the guard gate and take you to the house.
