Welcome to the very clean HB Starfish cottage. You will be staying in a private one bedroom apartment w/ its own separate entrance upstairs. You will access your cottage via a lockbox. It’s 700 sq ft . We live below and can interact with you as much or as little as you like. Your space has a separate bedroom, bathroom, living room, dining area and a kitchen. (no stove, but there is a toaster oven and microwave.) There is a small privatdeck to enjoy coffee in the morning or a drink at sunset.

We have Spectrum Cable, WiFi, Bluetooth Soundbar, heat and AC in each room, 1 parking spot and free street parking. *Note: during Winter months, the city builds a sand berm front of homes. Hi Everyone! Welcome to my beautiful private guest house. There’s one master bedroom with a lovely closet and two queen memory foam beds. In the private house there’s also a very roomy living room with a reversible sofa bed. In the living room there’s a nice fireplace and a 55” inches TV with Netflix connection. There’s also a kitchen, laundry room and 1 bathroom. You will truly enjoy living in this wonderful newly built private guest house. There’s also HS WiFi and it’s own private pathway.
