The Coach House is a stand alone dwelling in the centre of the picturesque village of Brewood ; holder of the best kept village in Staffordshire. The accommodation comprises a fully fitted kitchen, lounge dining area with French windows looking onto a walled garden and downstairs utility with toilet, washing machine and tumble drier. It is very private, within walking distance to the NAC, less than ten minutes in a car to Leamington and Warwick University, fifteen to Warwick & twenty minutes to Stratford upon Avon. On the edge of open parkland, you can walk or run without meeting a car and you are welcome to use our 10 acres of beautiful private virgin woodland.
