The old village school

The old school/schoolmaster's house is on the edge of a tiny village where there's no shop, no café, so you’ll need a car. It's very rural here, with views across the gently undulating countryside from the school. Two small towns with supermarkets - La Machine and Cercy-la-Tour, are both about 11 kilometres away. Decize, a much larger town on the Loire, is about 18 km away. There are two double bedrooms, and another small one with a triple-layer bunk bed suitable for children.

Enjoy a relaxing stay in the exceptional setting of the Moulin-Neuf estate, an 18th century building on 10 Ha. In absolute calm near the birds and the stream, discover the abundance of life around - Loire Valley protected site - who knows if you will see deer, storks or kingfisher? Our lovely house is comfortable and pleasant to live in. You will love relaxing in this quiet place, surrounded by countryside and nature, have a look at stars in the sky and breathe pur air. It will bring happiness to fans of forest, fishing, hunting, Bourgogne's gastronomy, architecture, History, racetrack, zoo and park. It is perfect for couples, lonely travellers, families with children and pets. A new pond has been created for nature and fishing lovelers.

Terrace on the water, chestnut cottage

Hidden between maples and bamboos, the chestnut cottage is located right on the edge of a 700 m2 body of water. Private entrance, free adjoining parking, not overlooked by the rest of the estate which consists of 30,000 m2 of a small private stable, a small cottage and our home. Ideally located 5 minutes from Nevers and surrounded by 1500 ha of Amognes state forest directly accessible on foot. Calm and nature predominate in this preserved place out of time.

The Morvandelle Yurt

Enjoy the beautiful, natural surroundings of this romantic accommodation. From the yurt you can take beautiful walks, ride bikes, light a fire, cook and enjoy the view. On the premises, there is a sauna that can be booked per half day for 17.50 pp incl. towel and bathrobe. The wood-fired hot tub is also available for rent for 17.50 pp. Both can be rented for 27.50 pp. From the hot tub, you can admire the stars through the dark nights in the Morvan.

Very quiet site, perfect for relaxing, and observing nature and the stars. The late season is often very pleasant in Morvan and the colors of the forests are extraordinary. Sleeps 4 people.

Pour les sanitaires, vous aurez un espace douche chaude + toilettes sèches à 30m de la roulotte , dans un module sous la serre. la cuisine est également sous la serre non chauffée !
