This lovely air-conditioned house, located in a pretty village in the Aube, offers a relaxing and rejuvenating stay for the whole family. You can visit our charming department. Wine estate, forests, lakes, museums, leisure parks, restaurants... Between Troyes and Chatillon-sur-Seine, a few kilometers from Bar-sur-Seine, you'll have a choice of tours, walks and activities. The garden is enclosed. The terrace has a view of fields and forests. Looking forward to welcoming you :)

Numerous equestrian activities: horse/pony rides, horse-drawn carriage, show, horse riding lessons, and other possible leisure activities. We rent by the day, weekend or full week. Full accommodation in a village of the Côte des Bar in Champagne. New construction in an old barn, all modern comforts with the charm of the old. Enter the barn, a door and then a staircase allow you to arrive at the accommodation, located on the first floor. You will first discover the living room: kitchen/dining room. A hallway leads to the 4 bedrooms. Each includes its own private bathroom, shower + toilet. Underfloor heating for added comfort.

Accommodation close to the highway and Nigloland

An accommodation that is very well surrounded by the Nigloland amusement park, Lake of the Orient Forest, a Grimpobranche, the Côte de Bars to visit the vineyard and/or cellars, there are also several restaurants and shops. All this is within 15-30 minutes. Within 30-45 minutes you can find the city of Troyes as well as many factory outlets, cinema, bowling, laser game and more. The added bonus is the highway exit which is 3 km away.

At the end of a cul-de-sac, peaceful country house located less than a 10-minute drive from the Orient Lakes. Guests can enjoy the view of our horses in the meadow, as well as walks in the forest accessible 200 m from the house. Ideally located, 20 minutes from historic Troyes city center and outlet stores, 5 minutes from Lusigny-sur-Barse for all daily needs, and 35 minutes from the famous Nigloland amusement park.

On the ground floor, you have a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and TV lounge area. On the same level, you have a bedroom, shower room and toilet. Upstairs are two open-plan sleeping areas and an office. Pets not allowed.
