Mein Penthouse Appartment

Wunderbare Penthouse Wohnung mit fast 360° rundum Blick in Alzey, mitten im Herzen Rheinhessens. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 3. Obergeschoss eines Mehrfamilienhauses. Das Penthouse wurde 2017 auf das bestehende Haus aufgestockt und hat eine Wohnfläche von ca. 50 qm². Das Highlight der Wohnung ist der riesige U-Balkon der vom Wohn- und Essbereich anhand von vier Türen aus erreicht werden kann. Befindet man sich hierauf hat man einen wunderbaren Ausblick auf die Weinberge und die Stadt.

Charming, former farmhouse without TV

In the centre of the wine village of Bechtheim (pop. 1800), on a residential road with hardly any traffic, you have the renovated farm worker's house of a former winery all to yourselves. The kitchen is our little museum, but it can also be used. On the second floor there are two bedrooms (one with a double bed, one with two single beds) and a bathroom. We do not have a television! But we do have a beautiful garden, accessible 10 meters across the courtyard (shared use until 10 pm).

Welcome to our cozy country house idyll in Flomborn! Together with our two children and two rabbits, Roman and I live in the old natural stone house with a beautiful garden and rent out our adjoining apartment overlooking the countryside. Since we like to travel with Airbnb ourselves - preferably to the North Sea, as our furnishing style sometimes shows - we are now looking forward to guests ourselves! On about 45 square meters, it is time to arrive, sit back and relax. You will stay in the heart of Rheinhessen in beautiful Harxheim - a pretty vineyard village at the gates of Mainz. The apartment is part of our single-family home, has a separate entrance and a private parking space right by the house. We renovated our basement apartment in 2020 and refurbished it with a lot of love for detail. Our apartment is a non-smoking apartment, pets are not allowed.

15 steps to luck ! Our lovingly furnished bright apartment, is about 40 sqm, has its own entrance and is located in the heart of Rheinhessen between Mainz and Alzey (each 15 min). Equipped with a new kitchen a bedroom with cozy 1.60 double bed and a TV. A bright daylight bathroom with shower and toilet. Shower gel, towels and shower towels, hairdryer, iron and ironing board are available free of charge.

Relax in this idyllically located accommodation right on the edge of the vineyard. Here you can come to rest and relax. My apartment is close to Mainz, Bad Kreuznach, Kaiserslautern, Worms. It is ideally suited for both business and leisure travelers. The area is very quiet and invites you to take nice walks.
