Convenient location in the city triangle of Mainz, Kaiserslautern, Worms. Very good connection to the A63, A6 and A61. The Vier-Länder-Weg [Four-Country Trail] leads directly past the house. The Jakobs Pilgerweg [St. James Pilgrimage Route] is 3 km away.

Charming, former farmhouse without TV

In the centre of the wine village of Bechtheim (pop. 1800), on a residential road with hardly any traffic, you have the renovated farm worker's house of a former winery all to yourselves. The kitchen is our little museum, but it can also be used. On the second floor there are two bedrooms (one with a double bed, one with two single beds) and a bathroom. We do not have a television! But we do have a beautiful garden, accessible 10 meters across the courtyard (shared use until 10 pm).

Together with our two children and two rabbits, Roman and I live in the old natural stone house with a beautiful garden and rent out our adjoining apartment with a view of the countryside. The bathroom consists of a toilet, sink and bathtub. Downtown and the university are about 15 min. walk. Bus station is 50 m away.

Equipped with a new kitchen a bedroom with cozy 1.60 double bed and a TV. A bright daylight bathroom with shower and toilet. Shower gel, towels and shower towels, hairdryer, iron and ironing board are available free of charge.
