Lake house vacation rentals in France

Fantastic place in Burgundy! Le Petit Chaudenas is in a bizarrely beautiful place where we have enjoyed the beautiful surroundings every second. The house is modernly decorated and everything you need is present. The pool was clean and large. Our 3 kids have used the ping pong table, basketball, swing and trampoline. Games are provided inside. From the picnic tables, the view over the mountains down the road is fantastic . Had wonderful days!

Our canoeing experience with the kids was great Dominica always available to ensure our comfort, even at the daylight time of our arrival We recommend it!!! Stay 4 days with two children aged 6 and 12, in May.

This home is amazing: a retreat by the lake. The view in the morning is worthy of Monet's painting "Impression of the sunrise". During the day, everyone can enjoy the activities (ping pong, foosball, games in the lawn, ...) and the lake if the weather is nice. It is an ideal place to gather our whole family with infants and children in the 7 bedrooms. In the evening, the living room is an ideal place to gather together while keeping the beautiful view of the lake. The very well-equipped kitchen makes it possible to make good meals and enjoy them on the terrace. Already wanting to go back ...

We had a great time at the Cabanon with our French bulldogs. We thank Alexandra for all the care available in the accommodation, including for our pets. We felt at the Cabanon like we were at home. The neighborhood is peaceful and very well located. I highly recommend if we come back to the area we will go to Alexandra's Cabanon again where calm and serenity reign. Beautiful little house in a quiet subdivision. Very well-equipped and functional. We only stayed one night but had a great time with our 2 children aged 2 and 6!

Alexandra communicates beforehand so that check-in goes smoothly, with photos to "guide" herself very easily in the residence. The Property was impeccably clean (kitchen, bathroom, bedroom). The apartment is well equipped, access to the Leucate pond is immediate. No complaints.

Feel free to stay at the estate, everything is as advertised and in addition Oleg is friendly and very available for any questions or anything else. The house and its facilities gave us a real haven of peace. What could be better than taking a pedal boat ride on the lake before relaxing in the sauna! Special mention to the campfire location which for me was a real favorite! Anyway, go for it!

We had a great holiday in Sandrine's house. The house is a stone's throw from the lake, right in front of two restaurants, and has a large walled garden, perfect for children and dogs. Sandrine and Julien were very responsive and welcoming. We'll be happy to go back!

Amazing location with endless views of water and nature. Denys was incredibly helpful and timely in his communications and he carried a translator which was super helpful with our basic French. The outdoor space had a variety of setups for wind and sun. We could walk or the door for exercise and enjoying spring nature. The vegetable basket from his local garden was so appreciated! We had a pleasant stay in Fiona and Eric's blue house, we were very well hosted by Eric who is very attentive and available, the small welcome touch that is always nice, the house is in a very quiet place with a large terrace and a beautiful garden and the pond behind, close to La Rochelle and the Poisde Vin marsh which is excellent, the house is also well equipped with a large TV and many TV channels and movies and series that are appreciated in bad weather, the bedding is really great, in short I recommend it 1000% thank you again for your hospitality and kindness, we will come back

We stayed there in the winter to celebrate New Year's Eve with the family. The large play room was great for the kids who played little outside. The house is well-equipped, and the bedding is comfortable. We enjoy spending time in front of the stove. Get up in the morning with this view, it's magic! Only downside, but it's inherent to the old house, the floors are noisy and the walls and floors are very thin. You can hear everything.

We had a great weekend at Christophe's. If you like calm and nature you will feel as good as us. the view is magnificent, the lake is very close to the house and accessible by a short walk. The placement is really great for relaxing. Close to the house, in the village of Brassy, you will find a very good little restaurant with a warm welcome, "la brassycoise". Anyway we'll come back to the area, we loved it! A big thank you to Christophe for his responsiveness when we needed information and for his kind welcome.

It was as if we were arriving at a small oasis in the middle of our agitated world. The house was even more beautiful than described and we were struck by the cleanliness of the place. In principle, it is not even necessary to leave the estate, as everything is planned to keep you entertained. The neighborhood and Ardre around the lake were also very idyllic to visit (everything is within walking distance). Véronique is a fantastic host, involved in your vacation weeks ahead. She had decorated the house with birthday garlands for our 60s, and prepared a fresh quiche as well as cookies. In short, I would recommend this place to anyone.

Top location, super clean, quiet holiday park and everything close by

Very well located accommodation on the edge of the pond, a great view with a nice terrace area. Unfortunately we didn't have the nice weather to enjoy it, but we were able to take care of the foosball and darts 👍🏻 Patricia and her spouse welcomed us very well, they were always responsive during the stay, they are very friendly people. I would this property.
