The Blue Room, one of 3 rental rooms in a funky/artsy not fancy ("Rustic Elegance" as one guest described it) Victorian home. . Relax on the front porch swing, or walk downtown in 7 minutes. Kitchen has basic amenities. Coffee/tea are self-serve, with light breakfast items. (Please let me know if you will need creamer) A shared full bath, and “ powder room” by kitchen. The bed is a new Queen size. . I will usually be away on weekends, but my daughter Bayla is usually here.

Private second floor studio apartment with full bath, kitchenette, and office-ette. 3 miles to Sunderland Center, 20min to Amherst/Northampton. The view! Minimal decor, dedicated heating/cooling, dedicated entrance, ample parking. We only use unscented laundry detergent and cleaning products, as well as provide unscented soap and shampoo.
