Property is gated, guest have there own access and free to roam the property. We like to give guest there own space, however either myself or a staff member are always available and happy to help. Nestled between towering mountainscapes and enduring vineyards, this property is situated in Franschhoek, a town known for its world-class dining, wine tasting, and natural beauty. Visit the Huguenot Memorial Museum to learn about local history. Uber is recently available in Franschhoek but does have a limited presence (after 11pm/12pm). Completed by a top designer, breathtaking views of the mountains and wine valley, next to Le Lude champagne estate and restaurant, on an equestrian estate. And under 10 minutes walk to the centre of town, 5 minutes to Le Lude or Haute Cabriere estates, the monument, museum etc. There is even a friendly water mongoose named Tilly who will come to visit! Double storey house and big living spaces, great views deck and pool and fantastic outside living space - perfect for a family holiday. All 3 rooms are en suite with fresh crisp linen. The modern kitchen is well equipped, open plan and interactive. Plenty of room to spread out and enjoy. Great news is we have an inverter for lights and power to assist during load shedding.

You’ll love my place because of the location and farm atmosphere, the people, the outdoors space, and the neighborhood. The Wine Tank is an actual tank converted into a small studio. It is good for a couple or solo adventurer. Whilst exploring the Winelands and tasting wine, sleeping over in The Tank, is a great experience.
