This fully independent flat has its own private access, it is located behind the triple garages with a private entrance to the left hand side of the property. Air conditioning , lounge , bedroom , kitchen and bathroom . Adjacent to our main family home it's very modern with great public transport locally to the rail and bus system. Please note this is no smoking and has only 1 car space available

The Eden Reserve is a luxurious villa set on 4 acres of breathtaking scenery in Swan Valley, near Perth. Designed for comfort and relaxation, the home features four spacious bedrooms, a study, a fireplace, a chef’s kitchen, a theater, and a scenic lookout. The sofa bed in the study will only be prepared if there are 9 or 10 guests. For 8 or less, let us know if the sofa bed is required—an additional fee applies. To get to the city we can offer you a ride to the train station. The bus stop is just a 4 min walk away.
