There is a desk area, small fridge, coffee maker, water kettle conv. oven/air fryer & a single burner. Central AC/ heat. This gated property is situated on 20+ acres in and against the foothills of the Sierra Nevada mountains. It is a working ranch so there are comings and goings of ranch workers and ranch noises and of course summertime ranch dust!

Our brand-new guest cottage is an architect-designed tiny home for 2, in a peaceful rural area. It is just 28 minutes from beautiful Kings Canyon National Park. There is a view of meadows and guests are welcome to stroll the half-mile around and view the sheep, dogs and horses. Birdlife is abundant and nearby is Cat Haven ( featuring lions, snow leopards etc.). Yosemite is within reach for a day trip. We have a great coffee shop 2 minutes away! Sorry, no assistance animals (see house rules)
