If you are looking for relaxation from everyday life, this is the place to be. Heating is provided by 2 wood stoves. If you want, you can also chop wood. A fantastic vacation home as part of a lovingly preserved property from the 18th century, in the middle of beautiful Dreiburgenland. Enjoy peace and relaxation in a secluded location on the edge of the forest, surrounded by green areas, forests and a lake. Hiking trails, cross-country skiing or biking and walking trails are right outside the front door. The wonderful Bavarian Forest with its national park, or the three-river city of Passau, the Ilztal and the Wild West Town of Pullman City are very close.

Chalet Heart³

The newly built wooden chalet was completed with a lot of love for detail in March 2024. It was built in a modern style and meets the highest energy requirements. The path from your own parking space, through the house, to the covered veranda with new, electrically heated hot tub was designed at ground level. Inside you can make yourself comfortable with the wood-burning stove and your own sauna (free of charge). The National Park cycling path and beautiful hiking trails are within walking distance.

The apartment at the beginning of a cul-de-sac contains an equipped kitchen, bedroom, living room with sofa bed (can be pulled out for up to 2 people, you sleep on 2 real mattresses) and bathroom with shower. From the balcony you have a direct view of the three armchair. The walk and bike path starts right in front of the house. Parking is available on the premises as well as adjacent to a large hiking parking lot. Note: Not suitable for animal hair allergy sufferers. City tax included.

At the Bavarian Forest National Park

Relax after an active day in the national park with the whole family in this rustic and cozy place to stay on the edge of the forest. Throughout the year, the nature of the Bavarian Forest invites you to explore it. Hiking trails are right at your doorstep. Extended tours are just as possible as Nordic walking, snowshoeing in winter, or easy walks. Look for mushrooms in the fall and enjoy the snow in the winter. Cross-country ski trails are on site when there is sufficient snow.

Time out at Klopferbach

Our apartment Am Klopferbach I is located at the end of a side street nestled in the countryside. The two-room apartment is located on the ground floor of the wooden house built in 2020, consisting of an entrance, a bright cozy living room, a kitchenette with basic amenities, bathroom and bedroom with wooden floor and forest terrace. The Klopferbacherl flows at the foot of the property and the park offers a spacious children's playground in addition to a pub pool.

We are affiliated with the Sonnenwald vacation region. The Bavarian Forest National Park is very close. On approx. 200 square meters, a modern, comfortable and cozy ambience awaits you, ideal for 2-3 families or a large family / group.
