Charming alpine dwelling, once-hotel, located in an undisturbed valley in the pre-alps of the canton of Fribourg. I found the communication sympathetic and effective between the hosts and I -- having booked the very day of the stay. Would recommend for any one wishing to truly wander in the region, staying the night after a cultural visit nearby or after an enlivening hike ending before dawn. Merci beaucoup!

Martine was a great host, kind and helpful, the house is wonderful clean and immersed in a great setting on the lake!

We stayed only 1 night, and arrived in the dark, but communication and instructions for entry were perfect. The very large bedroom and bathroom felt luxurious. It was extremely quiet and it felt like we had the place to ourselves - we didn’t even notice the other guests (only the shoes at entry gave it away) we didn’t hear or see anyone until checking out. The kitchen is separated (downstair) from the bedroom but that didn’t bother us, it was nice to have a seperate space for dinner and breakfast. Very well thought out. Waking up to the scenery was breath taking. We loved our stay and couldn’t recommend more when visiting the region. Oh and you must buy the eggs!! 🥚 delish :-)

Francois and his wife are great, very friendly hosts. They were very welcoming and helped me to get around as I didn't have a car, shared very thorough directions and offered an option to have breakfast. The place is great, located in a very beautiful and serene environment. Thank you!

A very pleasant stay, with a welcoming and very friendly family!! Independent accommodation, very cozy and warm! It feels very nice there. Breakfast is generous and varied, with good local products, a delight. The location is very convenient, as the train station is very close on foot to reach the different villages or towns, the shores of the majestic Lake Neuchâtel are also very close. I know where I'm going to sleep when I come back to this beautiful area!

I can’t say enough good things about Mireille’s place. It was even more beautiful than the pictures showed. The bedroom was large with an extremely comfortable bed. Everything was spotless and beautifully decorated. The village is in a beautiful location. There are a lot of places to walk in the area and Fribourg is very nearby and a nice day trip. But the best part was our host, Mireille. She is a delightful lady, friendly, responsive, and she made us feel right at home. The breakfast she made us each morning was amazing. Most things homemade. We hope to be able to return and spend more time there.

Warm welcome by Delphine in the home on the top floor of her farm. It matches the photos very well. A large bedroom with multiple beds, table, fridge, microwave, and kettle. An ensuite shower room. Everything is very clean and functional. The accommodation is well suited to the stay of a family with children who will appreciate the place. I stayed there for work and took advantage of the surrounding countryside to run on the trails. La Tour de la Molière is very close.

Very clean and beautiful room! Parking! Quiet place ! Manguy is very hospitable! I will gladly return!
