The building is located in the immediate vicinity of the landmarks of Wilhelmshaven: the Kaiser Wilhelm Bridge and the popular Südstrand with various and good restaurants and bars. Relax in the cozy living-dining room with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the countryside, as well as the city's landmark, the Kaiser Wilhelm Bridge. The bedroom offers you a cozy 1.80 x 2.00 m bed. In the living room you have a comfortable sofa bed.

The apartment is located between the popular seaside resorts just before the sea dike of Minsen. Harlesiel and Carolinensiel to the west and the Jade baths Schillig, Horumersiel and Hooksiel to the east. These places can be reached quickly. But if you are looking for quietness, our apartment the right place for you. The apartment is on the first floor. The interior is redesigned after renovation. Guests have their own terrace with furniture.
