Within walking distance you can reach the historic old town with cozy cafes, downtown with a great shopping mile and the harbor to linger in. This bright, brand new terraced house is equipped for 4 people. It has a fully equipped kitchen, living/dining area and a guest toilet. Upstairs are the bathroom with rain shower and two bedrooms. One bedroom is equipped with a double bed and TV. The second with two single beds. In the storage room you will find a washing dryer, clothes rack and vacuum cleaner. Even 4-legged people are welcome here, a lump sum of €50 will be charged.

Our vacation home is about 100 square meters and is on two floors. It has a living room, conservatory (with access to the terrace), kitchen and toilet on the first floor. Upstairs are two bedrooms and a bathroom with tub and shower. Sandstedt is right on the beautiful Weser with a small harbor. There is a good connection via the A27 towards Bremen or Bremerhaven as well as a ferry connection towards Oldenburg/East Frisia.
