The living room is nicely decorated and invites you to feel good and relax, as is the spacious dining room area.

This bright, brand new terraced house is equipped for 4 people. It has a fully equipped kitchen, living/dining area and a guest toilet. Upstairs are the bathroom with rain shower and two bedrooms. One bedroom is equipped with a double bed and TV. The second with two single beds. In the storage room you will find a washing dryer, clothes rack and vacuum cleaner. Even 4-legged people are welcome here, a lump sum of €50 will be charged.

Our vacation home is about 100 square meters and is on two floors. It has a living room, conservatory (with access to the terrace), kitchen and toilet on the first floor. Upstairs are two bedrooms and a bathroom with tub and shower. Sandstedt is right on the beautiful Weser with a small harbor. There is a good connection via the A27 towards Bremen or Bremerhaven as well as a ferry connection towards Oldenburg/East Frisia.

Welcome in our house by the sea! A cute townhouse in a quiet settlement not far from the dyke and Wadden Sea. It is bright and cozy. It is heated with an organic infrared heater and otherwise we try to be environmentally friendly and sustainable. Via the large panoramic window in the living area, you can see the dike and have a wide view over the field. Everything seems wonderfully slowing down.
