Tasteful decor, well stocked kitchen. Relax in a quiet, safe neighborhood, only a 2-3 minute walk across the street to the beach! Enjoy the use of our family pool (approx. May 1- Oct 15) & hot tub. Welcome to my home on Hatteras Island, located in the village of Frisco directly on Pamlico Sound in a residential neighborhood. You have a private entrance and screened-in porch, as well as a shared sundeck. My house is on a ridge & your room is on the 2nd floor, giving you spectacular views of the sound. From the property, you can easily kayak or SUP. Both the beach and the Cape Hatteras Lighthouse are only a short drive away. There are also many shops, galleries, and eateries to explore.

Queen bed, 32” Roku TV in bedroom, loveseat & bistro table for 2, 24” Roku TV in living room/kitchen. Full size stack Whirlpool washer/dryer. WiFi. Pool pass in summer. Outside shower, underhouse deck, fish cleaning table, hose. Cooler, beach chairs & boogie boards. No smoking allowed on property, no guests (sleeps 2 max).

Come and enjoy old Avon Village on a quiet one way street. The Surfstead suite offers an eclectic blend of island history, craftsmanship and comfort in one of the oldest houses on Hatteras island. There is a private deck and entrance leading into a living and dining area equipped with a Roku tv. Prepare your meals in the fully stocked kitchenette. The bedroom boasts a queen size bed with another Roku tv, and a full bathroom with a custom tile shower. A private hot tub too!

There is a beautiful path to the sound to watch the sunset or put your kayak or windsurfer in. One of the most beautiful places on earth! It is also a very short drive to the beach. It is so dark at night that you can see the Milky Way. Wake up with some of Wes's fresh roasted coffee.
