Ländliche und romantische Wohngelegenheit! Die Räume sind gemütlich eingerichtet und haben einen separaten Eingang. Gratis Parkplatz steht zur Verfügung. Auf dem Grundstück hat es Hühner in einem Gehege, aber keinen Hahn ☺️ und in der Nachbarschaft hat es ab und zu Schafe. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und der Bahnhof sind mit dem Auto in sieben Minuten erreichbar und die nächste Bushaltestelle liegt zwei Gehminuten vom Haus entfernt. Das Skigebiet ist vielfältig und gut zu erreichen.

Small, cozy apartment with private entrance (ceiling height ~1.85 m). 2 km from the main road, via a narrow, steep mountain road without streetlights and with oncoming traffic – reversing may be necessary. In winter: 4x4, winter tires or snow chains required. Car needed (too far from bus stop). Parking available in front of the house. Ski resorts Elsigenalp & Adelboden ~15 min by car. Gas station 2.5 km. Great views, hiking directly on the Spissenweg trail. Tourist tax is included.

At the foot of the nose

The 2-room apartment is, however, somewhat elevated centrally in Reichnbach in the Kandertal. The ski resorts in the Oberland are within easy reach. Adelboden 23km, Grindelwald 36km. In summer, well-known hiking spots can also be reached in about 15 to 20 minutes. The accommodation was gently renovated at the end of 2019 and also offers a fully equipped kitchen, which will satisfy even higher demands. Unser Studio befindet sich inmitten des Dorfzentrums Adelboden. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants sowie die Seilbahnstation Dorf und das Schwimmbad befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe des Haus. Das Studio ist ausgestattet mit Küche, privatem Badezimmer, TV, Bettsofa (1.80 x 2.10m) mit Lattenrost und einem grossen Balkon mit Aussicht auf die Engstligenalp, Steghon und Sillerenbühl. Im Eingang des Hauses befindet sich ein separater, abschliessbarer Skiraum.

The property is bordered by a romantic stream and includes a forest to promote biodiversity. The sparsely populated agricultural area is a 15-minute drive from the Spiez motorway exit and is therefore located in the center of the famous places of the Bernese Oberland.
