Wir begrüßen Sie herzlich im Weinort Theilheim. Näher kann man der Natur nicht sein. Die nahegelegene Barockstadt Würzburg ist über einen malerischen Radweg (ca. 10 km) zu erreichen. Die ca. 32 m2 große Einzimmer-Ferienwohnung wurde 2024 frisch renoviert (max. für 2 Personen). Zur umfangreichen Ausstattung gehören Backofen, Spülmaschine, 43 Zoll QLED Fernseher, Digitalradio, Föhn uvm. Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden während Ihres Aufenthaltes zur Verfügung gestellt. Brötchenservice optional.

The cozy and high-quality furnished apartment with approx. 55 square meters invites you to relax in an idyllic setting. In addition, we built a new terrace in 2023 and so a great evening sun can be enjoyed in the apartment / outside. There is a private bedroom, dining room, kitchen, workplace and terrace. 3 rivers invite you to extended tours. Nearby there are opportunities for gliding, hang gliding, paragliding, canoeing, geocaching and the oldest wine town in Franconia.

Old village church

The former village church is located in a 1,600 square meter property in the middle of the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Surrounded on all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of this world." In the morning sun in front of the sacristy, on the church wall in the afternoon or in the evening under fruit trees. In the lower tower room on the couch, in the upper tower room – the former bell room – while watching the birds. There is always a nice place.

The apartment is situated in a partially renovated water castle from 1565 in the small village of Hollrich, Germany It consists of 2 lovingly decorated bedrooms with a kitchen and a bathroom. You will stay in one room with cross vaults, beautifully decorated stone columns and a newly installed solid oak floor which gives the room a pleasantly warm flair. The view is out to the court yard and the moat . A closet is installed in the 51 inch thick wall .

We moved from the city to an old farm in 2016 and live here together with our dog Dago and three cats in the middle of Schwarzenfels, a municipality of the city of Sinntal, below the beautiful Schwarzenfels Castle. We are gradually renovating the farm. In 2020, our "vacation home" project was completed and we are looking forward to our guests.
