This sun filled house is not just a mere living space. The magnificent views to the sea and the surrounding volcanic mountains, the large windows and the symmetric lines, turn it into the perfect retreat to relax, unwind and connect with the unique beauty of the island. Its careful refurbishment was made thanks to the contribution and creative input of my cousin, the captain. All the woodwork and the lighting fixtures are designed and custom made in his studio located in the neighborhood.

The house was awarded in the 1990s by various architectural newspapers. The large apartment is semi-circular. Glass slits between the walls and the ceiling let indirect light into the house all day. There is a bathroom with bath, shower and toilet, one bedroom with walk-in wardrobe, kitchen and living room with sea view. All rooms enclose the terrace with fireplace from which you have a fantastic sea view.
