Great stay in Osaka! The place was super clean and had everything we needed—kitchen stuff, bathroom stuff, all set. Really close to Shin-Osaka Station too, which made getting around super easy. The only downside was that there was just one bathroom, so it can be a bit of a wait if you're with a group. But overall, really comfy and convenient. Would definitely recommend!

A great place a bit out the way, I would definitely stay again .I would recommend to rent a car or a bicycle to get back at night. the local Transit shuts down 8ish. but a very nice place. just look for all the boats.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans le logement proposé par Yuki. Seul regret, ne pas y être resté plus longtemps. Nous y reviendrons 😊

Der Aufenthalt bei Ellen war super und sehr angenehm. Wir hatten bei Abreise etwas vergessen, worauf uns Ellen sofort aufmerksam gemacht hat. Als wir zurückgekommen sind, wurde uns es sogar persönlich übergeben. Ein sehr schöner Service, wofür wir unendlich dankbar sind. Sehr zu empfehlen! :)

Really loved our stay here. It’s located on a peaceful street with a cherry blossom tree right outside your from door. The house had a couple of great pluses such a tatami bedroom upstairs and also a traditional Japanese bathing area in the bathroom. Highly recommend this home for your next stay in Kyoto.

Very comfortable for 3 of us. It is within 15-25 mins walk to most attractions partly on narrow roads. Taxis can conveniently stop right outside the apt. The apt has easy-to-use amenities eg washer cum dryer, relaxing round bath tub, 2 toilets and 2 bathrooms, well-lit rooms on 2nd floor with comfortable floor mattresses. Little space downstairs if you have many big suitcases as stairways can be narrow to move them to second floor.

I highly recommend this property for its amenities and location. It's very close to Toji station, which is one stop from Kyoto Station. There are many convenience stores and restaurants in the area. The rooms are clean and well laid out. The stairs are, like many (most?) Japanese homes, very steep, so may be difficult for those with knee problems. Also, the bedrooms on the top floor have one outlet each, so I recommend bringing a power strip.

Het verblijf in deze airbnb was fijn en comfortabel. Het enige minpunt was dat je voor één van de slaapkamers door een kast de trap op moest via een andere slaapkamer. Dit was voor ons als vriendengroep erg onhandig.

Kimiko is a fantastic host. She is communicative and clear, and gave us really thorough instructions on how to find her place via walking directions/map, public transportation and using Kyoto Shaw Inn for Google Maps. Her place is spacious by Japanese standards, so we could happily rest our feet from all out walking across Kyoto, and feel comfortable. The Paket Market grocery store is just a few minutes walking distance, very easy to buy breakfast and snack items. The train station was also close by. If Fushimi Inari is on your Kyoto sights list, Kimiko's place is near to it. Very comfortable beds and truly a quiet neighborhood.

We had a lovely stay at this authentic and beautifully maintained Airbnb in Kyoto. It was perfect for two couples, with clean, separate bedrooms and all amenities thoughtfully provided. The traditional design added to the charm, and the washing machine was a helpful bonus. The only small downside was that the kitchen and dining area on the lower level were a bit dark, but overall, it was a comfortable and peaceful place to stay. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy and clean house! The neighborhood is quiet and decent, making it a great option if you're driving and exploring in Kyoto. The host was very helpful—they speak excellent English and Chinese, which made the check-in process smooth and easy. The house itself is spacious, with two floors, three bedrooms, and one bathroom. It was perfect for us, and we appreciated the peaceful surroundings.

Great value traditional Machiya in quiet neighborhood (although can hear traffic on main road at nighttime). Good size for family. Beautiful bathtub overlooking garden - perfect size to sit in at the end of a long day of walking. Close to bus stop and train stations. Close to combini.

Maison magnifique. Expérience magique. Tout était parfait. L'hôte est réactif et très sympathique. La maison se situe dans un petit quartier du nord de Kyoto, dans une ambiance de petit village. Prévoir un changement de métro pour aller au centre-ville et un peu loin de l'ouest de la ville où il y'a beaucoup de choses à voir mais ça n'a absolument pas été un problème pour nous car il y a tant de choses à voir autour de la maison, loin des lieux où il y a trop de touristes ! Les temples à côté de la maison sont sublimes et à quelques pas. Des commerces pas loin et également très proche du temple de Kurama et du village d'Ohara à visiter absolument. N'hésitez pas.

We stayed at this Kyoto house for an extended period and really enjoyed it. The location was great—just a short walk to Omiya Station and a 7-Eleven only 2 minutes away. The host was very kind and friendly. When we accidentally broke a plate and offered to pay, he cared about our safety first and didn’t ask for compensation. The house is traditional, so sounds from footsteps and stairs can be heard. There’s only one bathroom and toilet. The washing machine has no dryer, so we used a coin laundry 5 minutes away, but the host provided detergent, which was thoughtful. There are two rooms—one for 3 people upstairs, and a smaller room for 2 downstairs, which was a bit cold. Two of us chose to sleep in the living room with the heater and TV. As we stayed long-term, the host kindly asked us to help clean, which we appreciated. Overall, it was a warm and pleasant stay!

Jinemons hus var det bedste sted vi har boet i Japan. Hun var en meget afslappet og behagelig vært og huset var virkelig smukt og meget rummeligt. Haven var skøn, vi havde masser af plads i de behagelige stuer, og overetagen var også behagelig med den ekstra stue og rigtig gode senge. Der lå mange gode restauranter i nærområdet og det var let at komme rundt til andre attraktioner. Vi håber på at komme tilbage!

The design of the house interior is beautiful. The location is quiet and peaceful and a manageable walk to subway and restaurants. We wished we would have booked for longer and hope to return on our next visit to Kyoto.

This home was perfect for our Kyoto trip the area it’s located in is close to everything but not too close that it’s noisy and so after a long day you can actually relax and sleep so well here. Has all the essential amenities needed (shampoo/conditioner, a toiletry kit, laundry soap, disposable house shoes). Has a heating unit works very well as does the washing machine. The home was very clean. Upstairs there is a set up bedroom with two beds and a Japanese style room with floor beds in the closet that can be set up. There is two floors and two bathrooms, one on each floor. Home looks just like the pictures, very beautiful architecture and so spacious. We came here early March, there was light rain and the home provided umbrellas which was a lovely touch. There is a tv with an Apple TV. Overall a perfect choice and would stay here again in the future!

J’ai passé un très bons moments pendant mes séjours, c’était vraiment inoubliable. Le logement est neuf et très propre avec toute la sécurité, les linges de lit sont propres et confortables, la cuisine est bien équipée . Et surtout, Haruka San et Takaida San sont très aimables et accueillants, avec bon coeur. J’ai hésité avant de visiter Kyoto toute seule, mais quand j’ai logé à Haruka house, je me suis sentie comme chez moi. Grand Merci à Haruka San et Takaida San pour faire un logement propre, confortable et sécurisé. Je vais y retourner la prochaine fois quand je visiterai Kyoto.

La petite maison proposée par l’agence est située dans un quartier paisible et très typique des environs de Kyoto. Juste à l’arrière du château de Nijo, dont la visite fût une superbe découverte ! L’hôte des lieux a été plus qu’accueillante, chaleureuse et à notre écoute qu’importe la question et a fourni des instructions très claires pour vivre au mieux notre expérience, je recommande vivement!!
