Presbytery dating from 1704, with its 12th century tower, in the heart of the village, not overlooked. You will have a large living-dining room, kitchen area connecting with a terrace and pool area over nearly 240 m². The 110 m² pool area includes a 10 x 4.5 m pool heated between 28° and 29°, sauna, changing rooms and shower. A 2nd living room, always cool in summer (and little heated in winter!) is equipped with a 3/4 billiard table, a Bonzini foosball table and a Monster Bash pinball machine. In front of the house, pond with pontoon.

Our property is an old farmhouse and its outbuildings have been converted into 5 independent cottages, in a natural, quiet setting surrounded by the forest with a lovely view of Champfleur. You will stay in a house independent of ours, enjoy shared outdoor dining areas and can enjoy our entire garden, playgrounds...
