Welcome to our newly built guest house "Ladan." A home in a quiet, rural setting just east of Uppsala. With us, you live 13 km from Uppsala C and 7 km from the E4, which takes you further towards Arlanda or Stockholm. 1000 meters from the accommodation, a bus goes directly to Uppsala C and during some summer days, you can take a steam train to the city with the museum railway Lennakatten. The guest house is located on the outskirts of Gunsta community, close to nature. In the area, there is the nice Stiernhielms Krog & Livs, where you can eat well or shop a little.

Come and enjoy nature with the family in our cozy little guest house. In the garden, there are chickens and rabbits. Well suited for families with children as there are swings and a sandbox. Close to the lake where you can swim and a nature reserve with beautiful nature. Yet, it is only 20 minutes by car or bus from central Uppsala. If you bring your bike, it takes 35 minutes to the city center. The house is new and nice with a spacious sleeping loft with five beds (one 80 cm bed and two 160 cm beds) and a cozy TV corner.

Welcome to this amazing oasis 8 km from Uppsala city city and only 30 min from Stockholm Arlanda airport. Here you live in a newly built house of 95 sqm with room for 5 people just a stone's throw from Fyrisån and beautiful Ulva Kvarn. The house offers an undisturbed location where you can relax but still have proximity to Uppsala and its beautiful surroundings, Arlanda airport and Stockholm. Relax on the well-stocked terrace at the back of the house while hearing the noise of the waterfall at a distance.

Small cozy guest house on a leafy plot. 400 meters from the cottage is Lake Mälaren. Here you can swim at a jetty or small beach in the summer and ice skate in the winter. Close to a beautiful nature reserve with barbecue areas and nice forest. The cottage has a room and bathroom. It has a small, but fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher. There is a bed (140 cm) as well as a folding guest bed (70 cm). In the bathroom, there is a washing machine, shower and toilet. Sheets and towels included.

Stugan ligger på en charmig liten gård med får omgiven av åkrar. Det är en välplanerad stuga med öppen planlösning. Det finns två sängplatser i en våningssäng och två sängplatser i en robust bäddsoffa. Eldning i kaminen erbjuder en trevlig atmosfär. Köksdelen är välutrustad med husgeråd såsom spis, ugn, micro, kaffebryggare och kylskåp. I badrummet finns även en tvättmaskin. Uteplats med utemöbler finns under den varmare delen av året. Parkering nära stugan. Just nu har vi 4 st får över vintern.

Privat small apartment with a separate entrance in a house from 1969. Nice, quiet and comfortable -perfect for one person and to stay longer. Full equipped smaller kitchen and a bathroom with shower, washing machine,comfortable bed, armchair, lots of wardrobes. You live by yourself and you don’t share anything. Gamla Uppsala is 4 km north of Uppsala city, nice, quiet and very close to the nature. The highway E4 is close and you can go by bus, bike or walk to city, it’s 100m to the busstop.

Gratis parkering på uppfarten Med bil: 15min till Gränbystaden 15min till centrala Uppsala 7min till Storvreta, här finns Ica Supermarket samt pendeltågsstation för smidig tågpendling till Både Uppsala, Stockholm samt Gävle

The apartment is 120 sqm (1290sqf). Two bedrooms and one big living room which includes the kitchen. There are two apartments in the house. This apartment is on the bottom floor. Both are used as AirBnB apartments. Seperate entrances. Both have their own kitchen with everything necessary like coffee machine, waterboiler, fridge and dishwasher. Bathroom with shower and toilet. Washing machine, dryer and flatiron are in the laundry room. Hi speed Wifi and TV with several channels. Built 2015.

There is plenty of parking in the area for guests with cars, the fee is paid via the app on the phone.

Gott om parkering och harmoniskt ljusinsläpp genom hela bostaden. 2st fungerande kakelugnar, furugolv, nytt badrum samt rymligt kök. Bostaden är ca 70kvm och det finns bäddsoffa ifall man är 4personer. Området är ett av Uppsalas mest attraktivaste där man har nära till allt som staden har att erbjuda

Relax in this unique and tranquil home right on the lake. Here you come to enjoy nature and take it easy. Enjoy a morning or evening swim from your own dock and take a ride on the lake or take a walk in the woods right outside the door. Close by you will find the outdoor area Fjällnora and if you want to get into town, it is about 20 minutes into Sweden's fourth largest city where you will find all the selection of restaurants and shopping you can imagine.
