The house can easily accommodate 6 people comfortably with room for more with use of sleeper sofas. A fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for meals including a slow cooker. It has 2 cleaning stations with freezers. A large heated area in the detached garage for gear and equipment storage.

The area is a must for birdwatchers. Chase lake and Arrowood National Wildlife Refuges are close by. It is also a very popular spot for waterfoul and upland game hunters. There is a cafe and bar in town. Groceries and other necessities can be obtained in Jamestown or Carrington both about 40 mi.
