While I am very near the middle of downtown Rapid City, my location is set back from the road on a no outlet street. Very quiet and does not feel like you are in the city. There's a hiking trail 5 min walk from the house but still offers the ease of access to the downtown area only 8 blocks away. Comfortable warm atmosphere with plenty of privacy. I am excited to offer a new amenity! An INFINITY MASSAGE CHAIR is available at your pleasure. Zero gravity experience-bluetooth enabled. 10-20-30 min

The bedroom and bathroom are private and you share the kitchen and living room with Bill, however he didnt use that space while we stayed there, just popped in once to see how we were doing. Great place for a great price!”
The Cottage is just north of Civic Center; easy access to/from I90. Private access from alley, may accommodate more than 1 vehicle or trailer. Peaceful neighborhood; close to Black Hills tourist sites; convenient to historic downtown Rapid City. We are only 2 blocks from Rapid City's newest water park (completed in 2016). Minimum 30 night stay. There is an extra $200 a month for more than 2 people. Please, no food or drinks in bedrooms.

*JUST FIVE MILES FROM THE AIRPORT* 4 bed, 2 bath house with large deck, fenced back yard, detached 4 car garage (for motorcycle enthusiasts) and off street parking. I also offer free snacks, Wifi and laundry access. Any questions feel free to ask! Extra spaces (may) be available upon request. Late check ins a non issue. No check ins before 3PM please (I need time to clean your room and wash your sheets). Other guests may be present & I also sit for Rover App. There’s cameras in common areas.
