Charmig stuga med magisk utsikt över Örnsköldsviks havsinlopp. På altanen har du sol större delen av dagen där kan du njuta av solnedgångarna. Bredvid altanen finns kolgrill att nyttja. Inne i stugan har du två sovrum & en mindre toalett. Ett fullt utrustat kök finns att tillgå&i allrummet finns 2 soffor& tv. Från sofforna kan man få en glimt av utsikten. Welcome to the peaceful and calm little gem where you can enjoy the beauty of the nature. The house has fantastic views of the sea. Start each morning with a hike on the High Coast trail and finish off with a BBQ and a dip in the sea at the private rocky beach or at the sandy beach (5 min walk). Welcome to this newly built house in beautiful Fällsvikshamn. The house was completed in the autumn of 2020, sea view and is close to the water. Fällsvikshamn is an older fishing village with old boathouses. You will live close to Rotsidan, bath from rocks or beach, hiking trails, excursion places, sea fishing and incredible natur. Underfloor heating in the hole house , and AC for sunny days. Wi-Fi, TV and normal housing standard. June-August only booking Sunday-Sunday.

Proximity to Högakustenleden/Skuleberget, sea and lake swimming, Höga Kusten boats to Ulvön/Trysunda, Kustladan and Fäberget, etc. • E4/Bicycle and walking path runs just below the cottage, which stretches all the way to Skuleberget. • 5 km to bus station and grocery store (Coop) in Ullånger. • Close to sea fishing.
