Vacation rentals in Galicea Mare

We booked a room in Maria & Zicã’s beautiful house for our return trip from Greece. We arrived very late, around 21:00. Maria prepared dinner for us, including fresh out of the oven bread, and of course house wine! We felt so welcomed! The next day when we woke up, Maria invited us for breakfast before leaving, and we ended up having a coffee and a chat with both of them, we kind of forgot we have to leave :) We felt like home at Maria & Zicã’s house, once again thank you both very much!

The hosts are very attentive. The house is a little special in terms of layout but it is absolutely not disturbing and the common spaces are very friendly (especially the room furnished with lights and baffles). A little attention on arrival with things to see in Craiova and its surroundings. I highly recommend it.

Everything was perfect. We were very satisfied with everything and we liked everything,especially that everyone was on one house,that was a good thing for the kids too. I recommend.

A Hidden Gem in the Heart of Romania This cabin in Romania deserves every bit of praise. Located in the countryside of the southern part of Romania. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the attention to detail, cleanliness, and the overall atmosphere. The cabin itself is stunning with high vaulted ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows with panoramic views, and beautifully crafted wooden interiors. Every room feels like it was designed with comfort and relaxation in mind. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the amenities (including an outdoor hot tub) made it feel more like a boutique retreat than a rental. I can’t recommend this place enough. It’s more than just a stay, it’s an experience. I’ll definitely be back.

Great host and very helpful with the indications. The apartment was very clean and everything we needed for a one night stay.

Grad's place is an older traditional Romanian house, which was much larger and more extensive than we thought! We stayed in a self-contained building with a bedroom, living room and bathroom for our own use, plus a separate dining room and kitchen. It was comfortable, warm and very good value. Our hosts were very welcoming and hospitable, making sure we had everything we needed, offering us local eggs for breakfast and even some homemade wine! We would happily stay again and would gladly recommend it to others :-)
