Our Vintage Garden Studio Apartment, suitable for two people, is sunny, nicely furnished, fully equipped, with a large terrace lounge and a BBQ. Lovely villa situated in the ancient town of Galižana close to Pula with olive garden, sea view and private pool. Villa Istria is suitable for up to 6 persons in 3 bedrooms with comfortable double beds and ensuite bathrooms. The highlight is definitely the private swimming pool with sun loungers next to it, just to get the prefect summer tan and to enjoy the fresh Istrian air. From there you will also have a view onto the beautiful olive garden!

The apartment is located in the city center 150m from the most famous Pula monument Arena - an amphitheater from Roman times. In the immediate vicinity there are cafes, restaurants, shops, a promenade and the strict city center with the main street leading to the most famous city square of the Forum. The sea is a few hundred meters from the apartment, but the first beaches are about 2700m away The airport is 10 km away from the accommodation.

The apartment is situated close Opatija city center, only a few minutes away by car or an eight minutes walk. It consists of a living room, bedroom, a dining room, two bathrooms, kitchen, sauna, open space lounge, terrace, a surrounding garden and a car parking. Thanks to the fact of being in the ground floor with a surrounding garden you have the sensation of renting a house and not an apartment.

App Sun, 70m from beach

The apartment has two floors, with an area of 54 m2. On the main floor there is a living room with the kitchen in the same big space, a bathroom and a charming balcony . Up the stairs, you'll find a romantic bedroom with a small seating area. We are pet friendly and accept one pet free of charge, but will charge a fee of 5€ per day for each additional pet over the first.
