Located on Cheongdam-dong's luxury street, it is great for shopping and safety. The building is one of the most luxurious buildings in Korea. There is a private terrace where you can barbecue. Smoking is allowed on the terrace. Even it is a studio with one bedroom and living room, it has a double bed and a single bed, so 3 adults can sleep, or even a family of 4 with small children. My Italian family used this house. It was designed by my husband Italian architect with italian furniture

A unique patio studio in Gangnam [subway 1min]

This special studio is located only a min walk from subway station, 4mins walk from airport limousine bus stop. Since the studio is 5 mins walk from Seollung historical site, it is nice to talk a walk, watching some green in busy area. Coex, the huge shopping mall is just a one stop away, Apgujung, Chungdam is very close. Walk up to the stairs to the 4th floor.
