The cottage is fully air conditioned, clean, has WiFi and is located 8 min. from I-64 and 10 min. from both White Sulphur Springs (the Greenbrier) and Lewisburg, WV (“Coolest Small Town” winner). We love hosting guests on our farm, in our cozy cottage with beauty, peace and quiet, trails, fishing, and mountain air.

Y’all come stay a while… Fred and Fanny’s belonged my sweet grandparents who nary met a stranger. Their 2 bedroom 1 Bath home is located right in the Town of New Castle, where my granny was the Treasurer for many years. It’s fully furnished and features eat in kitchen, washer and dryer, and fenced in yard. Walking distance to town… and It’s not real far from Roanoke or Blacksburg. Close to Wilderness Adventure, and it’s less than 27 mins to the Furthest Trailhead in Va’s Triple crown!

This recently renovated barn loft is located a 0.3 mile walk from the AT and just off the Transamerica Trail (cycling). This secluded retreat is located within 20 miles of Blacksburg, Fincastle, Daleville, Salem, and Roanoke. The host is an experienced AT hiker and offers shuttle service to local trailheads, grocery stores, laundromats, etc. The first 20 miles are complimentary, with a $0.70 fee per additional mile. The Glo Haus @Four Fillies Lodge

Reminiscent of an illuminated floating lantern, our Glo Haus offers elevated glamping among the trees. Our Glo Pod consists of three pods: two sleeping pods and one gathering pod. The two sleeping pods comfortably sleep up to two people in Twin XL to King conversion beds. We have included unique features such as a slide exit for kids, a swing, and Aurora Night Sky projectors for a special light show. This will be a truly unique experience!

Built for $500.00 dollars "back-in-the-day," the Earlehurst Cottage was inhabited by The Carters, a humble, cute old country couple. Here, they raised two daughters. Today, the house is tastefully appointed where expected - & comfortable to modern standards - yet, it has been left as charming, rustic & cozy as it had always been: with elements of the original decor, windows, plaster walls, etc., being preserved. Pets stay for free!
