This beautiful apartment is located on the 1st floor and has a separate entrance. It is perfect for a couple or for 2 friends/colleagues. It has a balcony with seating facing south. Old bricks, polished and sealed concrete, wood from an old oak, old machine parts made of cast iron and many other unique things have helped make the loft a special place.
