The Favorita is nicer than the pictures show. The condition of the house and the cleanliness are impeccable. the hosts are very friendly, even they waited for us with the door open for us to enter upon arrival

One of the best experiences we've had on Airbnb. We felt right at home and totally entertained by Inocenta. We went as a family with my wife and a 3-month-old baby. While it is true that the access is somewhat steep but it does not pose any danger, you immediately enter a property that is a haven of peace and with a multitude of details that make the stay a delight. Inocenta welcomed us with welcome fruit (she even gave us the chance to pick figs from her fig trees), water, the chance to play basketball, etc. The house itself combines rustic and minimalist decor with a scandalous view, the dining and pool areas are amazing and since there is little light pollution at night it is a delight to contemplate the stars, in our case we took some special binoculars and it was a great experience. Inocenta even turned off all the lights to improve visibility. We have recommended it to friends and family. We'll be back.

The perfect home for the 10 we were. Clean, the beds good, the kitchen stocked. The TV remote was not working and Gregorio brought us another tele with his remote. We didn't get any cold thanks to the wood burning stove and heat pumps. Gregorio didn't put pegas when we asked for firewood, available at all times ( I was alohado downstairs from the house) and very friendly. A lot of tranquility, it is a village of only 4 inhabitants and very close to Ayllon and Riaza. Totally recommended.

Both myself and my friends have gone out enchanted from Casa Balta 😍 Lugar spectacular in the middle of nature to be able to disconnect. Also, being a birthday celebration they left us a lot of details in the house, which is not everywhere. Lovely and very attentive Elena😚 I will definitely return!

Our stay in this house has been wonderful, the house is wonderful and true to the photos. Super comfortable beds, the perfect space for 8 people, we have been very comfortable and warm. Great communication with Antonio and Sergio. It has everything you need to spend a few days, extra blankets, towels and toiletries. They had the detail to leave us water in the fridge, coffee capsules and the heating set for each to be warm on arrival. All in all a perfect stay. 100% recommended

The house was spotless, the kitchen with everything you need, sheets and towels like new, the house is very spacious, the sofa is very large and comfortable, it is a newly renovated house A luxury to have a garden to ourselves. I had to work one day and the WiFi is phenomenal, I work with a lot of data and it was like being working at home. A very quiet area, for long walks. The house is opposite the Sierra de Gredos, it is a beautiful place. We ate at the restaurants and the village bar and great food and super priced. We went in February and the house was always with the heating set, very comfortable. But the best part was Jane's (the host) treatment we had a mishap with the car and she was very friendly, as they had to take my car to the village next door, Jane went to pick me up, really loving and understandable. We'll definitely be back.

Everything was excellent in the house, the photos and description were spot on. The hosts were very responsive to any questions and queries. Excellent location for walking the dogs. You could walk to different towns from Garciotum. The complimentary pool tickets were great and the pool is lovely, food and wine good to there. We definitely be back 😄
