HB Starfish Cottage

Welcome to the very clean HB Starfish cottage. You will be staying in a private one bedroom apartment w/ its own separate entrance upstairs. You will access your cottage via a lockbox. It’s 700 sq ft . We live below and can interact with you as much or as little as you like. Your space has a separate bedroom, bathroom, living room, dining area and a kitchen. (no stove, but there is a toaster oven and microwave.) There is a small privatdeck to enjoy coffee in the morning or a drink at sunset.

Cozy studio with private entrance, remodeled, locate behing the house, the door is green color. bright space and very clean. Gel memory foam mattress, Eco A.C. Smart TV. Vinil floor. Fast Wifi signal and two small patios. Coffe station and microwave. The neighborhood is very safe and very quiet. Parking free around the house. Close to the Walmart and Target stores, also small shopping centers, restaurants, City of Hope, Santa Anita Mall, Monrovia Down Town and Metro golden Line (1.6 mil).

Enjoy quality time with family or friends at our newly remodeled 1930's ocean front family beach home. Sun bathe on the deck in the Summer, catch some waves, rinse off in our outdoor shower, stroll along the shore at sunset, and enjoy barbecuing on the patio. We have Spectrum Cable, WiFi, Bluetooth Soundbar, heat and AC in each room, 1 parking spot and free street parking. *Note: during Winter months, the city builds a sand berm front of homes. In the private house there’s also a very roomy living room with a reversible sofa bed. In the living room there’s a nice fireplace and a 55” inches TV with Netflix connection. There’s also a kitchen, laundry room and 1 bathroom. You will truly enjoy living in this wonderful newly built private guest house. There’s also HS WiFi and it’s own private pathway.
